Can’t give a review on a product I have not received
I have NEVER received the mug. And I have been charged the money and promised tthat the mug is on its way. LIES and FRAUD and SCAM
Never received my items. I have been trying to find a number, with no success. I’m so upset. These were Christmas gifts. I was so excited to be able to give all three as Christmas gifts.
Ordered the GraddinBookhaven Mug before Thanksgiving as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Mug never showed up! The only good thing I can say is that they refunded my promptly.
The mugs received were significantly different from the product photos. The glass is very thin and appears mass-produced rather than the thick, high-quality mug shown online. Unfortunately, the quality did not justify the price.
